Questions about cost, terms, and delivery across Europe

What does Zdomu deliver from Ukraine to Europe?

We deliver private parcels, goods from Ukrainian online stores, auto parts, furniture, tools, equipment, pallets, and commercial freight. Medicines, dietary supplements, perfumes, liquids, batteries, and other restricted goods must be agreed upon with a manager before purchasing.

To which European countries can I order delivery?

We operate on the Ukraine — Poland route and organize further delivery to European Union countries via DPD or other agreed logistics options.

How much does delivery cost for a private client?

For private clients, the minimum cost is 10 euros. The calculation is based on three metrics: 15% of the goods' value, 1.5 euros per 1 kg of actual weight, or 1.5 euros per 1 kg of volumetric weight. The highest amount is taken for payment.

How to calculate volumetric weight?

You need to multiply the length, width, and height of the parcel in centimeters and divide the result by 4000. For example, 200 × 100 × 30 / 4000 = 150 kg of volumetric weight.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated time for standard orders is about two weeks from the moment we receive the goods at our warehouse in Ukraine to shipping across Europe. For wholesale batches, pallets, and official export, the terms are agreed upon separately.

How does delivery across Europe via DPD work?

After the Ukraine—Poland route, we can hand over the shipment to the European courier service DPD. The cost of delivery across Europe is calculated separately according to the carrier's rates and depends on the country, city, weight, dimensions, and receiving method.

Can I pick up the parcel myself from the warehouse in Poland?

Yes, self-pickup from the Polish warehouse is possible only by prior arrangement with a manager. In this case, payment terms, the date of issue, and the warehouse address are agreed upon individually.

Does a private client need to fill out customs declarations themselves?

No. We organize turnkey delivery and explain what documents are needed. For private orders, basic customs formality costs are already included in our rate, provided the goods have been agreed upon with a manager.

Questions about purchasing, payment, inspection, and returns

Can you buy goods in Ukraine on behalf of the client?

Yes. If the seller does not accept payment from a European card, does not ship goods abroad, or requires communication in Ukrainian or Russian, we can help with the purchase without a separate commission for this service.

Is it possible to check the goods before shipping to Europe?

Yes, upon the client's request, we can inspect the goods at the warehouse, take photos or videos, and report any noticeable damage. This is especially important for used goods, auto parts, appliances, and fragile items.

Can I pay for delivery upon receipt?

For most orders, payment for the goods and our services is agreed upon in advance. Payment for our delivery may be possible upon self-pickup from the Polish warehouse if this is separately agreed upon before the start of delivery.

Can goods be returned to the seller in Ukraine?

Returns depend on the seller's or marketplace's rules. We can assist with communication and return shipping by separate agreement, but we cannot guarantee that the seller will take the item back.

How to place an order?

Send us a link to the product or a description of the freight, the country and city of receipt, and the approximate weight and dimensions. The manager will check the delivery possibility, calculate the cost, and explain the next steps.

Goods and restrictions

Questions about medicines, dietary supplements, perfumes, pallets, and prohibited goods

Can medicines be delivered from Ukraine to Europe?

Medicines must be agreed upon with a manager before purchasing. For medicines, a receipt from the pharmacy is required, and for prescription drugs — a copy of the prescription. Some medications may be prohibited or require additional paperwork.

Can perfumes, liquids, dietary supplements, or cosmetics be delivered?

Such goods are not always suitable for standard delivery. Perfumes, liquids, dietary supplements, cosmetics, chemicals, batteries, and fragile items must be agreed upon before purchase to avoid refusal or delays at the border.

What cannot be delivered from Ukraine to Europe?

We do not accept goods prohibited by law, weapons, explosive substances, narcotics, certain chemicals, animals, plants without documents, dual-use goods without permits, and other items that violate the rules of Ukraine, the EU, or carriers.

What restrictions apply to private parcels?

One parcel must weigh no more than 30 kg, and the sum of the sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c must not exceed 300 cm. Large, heavy, or non-standard freight is calculated individually.

Can pallets or commercial freight be delivered?

Yes. For business clients, we can organize the delivery of pallets, wholesale batches, consolidated freight, equipment, and regular deliveries. The price, route, documents, broker services, and terms are agreed upon individually.

Send the item to a manager for verification

If your item is non-standard, expensive, large, fragile, or has customs restrictions, do not buy it before a consultation. Send the link, photo, description, weight, dimensions, and country of receipt — we will advise if we can deliver it and how best to place the order.
