Zdomu operates as a logistics intermediary and organizer of delivery from Ukraine to Europe. The legal details of the party accepting payment or issuing a bill/invoice are provided to the client before payment for the respective service. For business clients, documents, export conditions, VAT, and broker services are agreed upon individually.

What to consider when buying used goods

When buying used goods, it is important to carefully check the photo, description, seller's rating, completeness, part codes, clothing sizes, and return conditions. We can help with communication, but we cannot guarantee the quality of the item if the seller does not provide such a guarantee.

Payment

Payment options

Payment for goods is made in advance if we purchase them on behalf of the client. Payment for our delivery to Europe can also be made in advance or upon self-pickup from the Polish warehouse if this was agreed upon in advance. UAH, PLN, EUR, and other agreed options are possible.
