Simple calculation rules apply for private clients: we compare 15% of the goods' value, the actual weight, and the volumetric weight. The highest amount is taken for payment, but not less than 10 euros.

Formula
How volumetric weight is calculated
Volumetric weight = length × width × height / 4000. All dimensions must be specified in centimeters. If the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, the rate for a private client is calculated exactly by the volumetric weight.
The calculator shows the estimated cost of our services. Delivery across Ukraine to the warehouse, delivery across Europe via DPD, special packing, pickup from the seller, or individual customs procedures may be calculated separately.

Example
How the calculation works using a mattress as an example
A client orders a mattress measuring 200 × 100 × 30 cm, with an actual weight of 15 kg and a value of 90 euros.
Actual weight
15 kg × 1.5 € = 22.5 €. This option is lower than the calculation by volume.
By goods value
90 € × 15% = 13.5 €. This option is also lower than the volumetric weight.
Amount to pay
The client pays 225 €, because this is the highest indicator of the three calculation options.

What is included in our rate for private clients
The cost of our services includes the organization of delivery across the Ukraine—Europe border, warehouse processing, basic support, and basic costs for customs formalities for agreed private shipments. The client does not need to calculate duties and VAT separately for standard agreed orders.

- delivery across Ukraine to our warehouse;
- pickup from the seller if they do not ship across Ukraine;
