This policy explains what personal data Zdomu may process when providing logistics services, delivering goods from Ukraine to Europe, communicating with clients, and operating the website.
Last updated: May 3, 2026. Zdomu operates as a logistics intermediary. The legal details of the party accepting payment or issuing a bill, invoice, or contract are provided to the client before payment for the respective service. For business clients, details, documents, VAT, and conditions for official export are agreed upon individually.
1. Who we are
Zdomu is a logistics intermediary that helps clients organize the purchase, reception, warehouse handling, international delivery, and transfer of goods from Ukraine to European Union countries. We are not the seller of the goods unless otherwise explicitly agreed with the client.
2. What data we may process
- first name, last name, phone number, email address, and messenger contacts;
- delivery address, country, city, and recipient details;
- information about the goods, link to the product page, photo, description, value, weight, and dimensions;
- details for payment and payment confirmation to the extent necessary to fulfill the order;
- technical website data: IP address, browser type, language choice, theme choice, and cookies.
3. Purpose of data processing
We use the data to calculate the delivery cost, communicate with the client, purchase goods on behalf of the client, receive freight at the warehouse, process the delivery, prepare documents, fulfill legal obligations, and improve the website's operation.
4. Legal basis
Processing may be carried out based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest, legal obligation, or the client's consent, if such consent is required according to GDPR, Ukrainian legislation, or the legislation of the receiving country.
5. Data transfer to third parties
To carry out the delivery, we may transfer necessary data to carriers, courier services, warehouses, brokers, payment services, legal, or accounting consultants if required to provide the service or fulfill legal requirements.
6. Data retention
Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, for accounting purposes, dispute resolution, compliance with legal requirements, or protection of the legitimate interests of the parties.
7. User rights
A client can contact us with a request for access, correction, restriction of processing, deletion, or transfer of personal data, as well as to withdraw consent if the processing was carried out based on consent.
8. Cookie policy
The site uses cookies and the browser's local storage for the correct operation of the interface, saving theme choices, remembering the decision regarding cookies, and improving user experience. The user can accept or reject cookies through the banner on the site, as well as change the settings in their browser.
9. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. At the same time, no method of data transmission over the Internet can be completely secure.
