Return Policy
Zdomu is a logistics intermediary, so the return of goods depends on the rules of the seller, marketplace, condition of the goods, country of dispatch, and the ability to organize return shipping.

The legal details of the party accepting payment or issuing a bill, invoice, or contract are provided to the client before payment for the respective service. For business clients, details, documents, VAT, and conditions for official export are agreed upon individually.
1. We are not the seller of the goods
In most cases, the goods are sold by a Ukrainian store, marketplace, manufacturer, or private seller. Zdomu assists with purchase and delivery, but does not set the seller's warranty conditions and cannot force the seller to accept a return.
2. Return of new goods
If the goods are purchased in a Ukrainian store, the possibility of a return is determined by the rules of this store and the legislation applicable to the specific purchase. The client must keep the receipt, waybill, packaging, photos of the goods, and correspondence with the seller.
3. Return of used goods
When purchasing used goods from private sellers, returns are often impossible or depend exclusively on the agreement with the seller. Before paying, we recommend carefully checking the description, photos, seller's rating, completeness, dimensions, and condition of the item.
4. Zdomu's role in returns
By separate agreement, we can help contact the seller, convey information, organize return shipping, or send the goods back to Ukraine. Such expenses are paid separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Damage to the goods
If the client requests an inspection of the goods at the warehouse and a photo report, it is easier to determine at what stage the damage occurred. If the goods arrived at our warehouse already damaged, the issue must be resolved with the seller or the delivery service within Ukraine.
6. Goods that may not be accepted back
Medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care items, food products, specially ordered goods, fragile items, unpacked or used items may have return restrictions. The conditions must be checked before purchase.
7. How to reduce risks
- ask for additional photos or videos before payment;
- check the seller's rating and history;
- clarify completeness, dimensions, part code, or model;
- keep the receipt, waybill, and correspondence;
- request an inspection of the goods at the warehouse if the purchase is expensive or risky.
